100 grammes of succulent and moist boneless pork roast of Italian culinary tradition. The carcass is deboned, arranged carefully stuffed with black truffle paste and rosemary. Roasted in oven for at least 4 hours. Sold cold, thinly sliced. Can be kept in the fridge for about 5/6 days from day of purchase.
