Mixed mushrooms sautéed with little olive oil, garlic and chilli to create this colourful and delicious mushroom dish.
We have inserted it as a sauce because these lovely mushrooms will marry wonderfully with a plate of pasta, although you can simply
heat them up and use them as a side dish.
Portion is of 150g
Pour in a pan, add little water used to boil/cook the pasta, and warm up.
Once pasta is cooked, pour the pasta in the pan of the sauce and stir gently.
Serve piping hot adding some grated cheese if requested.
Used as side dish:
Pour into a pan and simply warm up adding a dash of water.
You can also warm them using your microwave. Just empty the content into a microwavable recipient and warm up. Make sure they are piping hot before serving them.
