Made from carefully selected legs of pigs born, reared and slaughtered in Italy. The ham is traditionally worked with expertise and matured in our cellars in Langhirano, Parma. This is the “Gold selection” from the Furlotti family, which has a maturation of 18 months. This length of ageing means a characterised warm pink colour and sliver of creamy fat running down one side. The meat is silky and melt-in-the-mouth, and the flavour is unbeatable: deliciously savoury with hints of sweetness and salt.
