Traditional sauce from the Liguria region of Italy. This whole nut sauce is deliciously creamy and tasty.
This whole nut sauce comes with the Ravioli in the restaurant. The crunchy and rich texture of the sauce goes very well with the filling of the ravioli. But of course, the sauce can go with any pasta.
Portion is of 150g
Pour in a pan, add little ladle of boiling water used to boil/cook the pasta, and warm up.
Once pasta is cooked, pour the pasta in the pan of the sauce and stir gently.
Serve piping hot adding some grated cheese if requested.
