This extra virgin olive oil from Alghero, Sardinia, is made with 100% of Bosana olives. Mechanical harvesting directly from the tree, transported to the mill in crates, milled within 24 hours, cold pressing, crushing hammers, mining continuous cycle 2 and a half phases, natural settling without filtering. The result is a slightly hazy, green color. A scent of green olives with armonious taste, hints of artichoke and cardoon.
