Serralunga d’Alba is the area of Piedmont where this Nebbiolo grape grows. This Barolo has a traditional fermentation of 12 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28◦C.
It will be aged 36n months in oak barrels and 6 more months in the bottle. It has a shiny red with garnet reflections. A complex bouquet, elegant but essential. It is dry, full bodied with a long finish.
