Vinicola Mediterranea, Puglia. Grape: 100% Negramaro. Vol 14.5%.
The grapes grow on a carsic calcareous origin ground nature, rich in iron and aluminium sesquiossids, which give warmness to the round. After dripping grapes undergo to maceration for 15-20 days. After fermentation the wine will mature in oak casks for 24 months before being bottled. It is ruby red with hazelnut aromas, trace of red fruits. Full bodied, smooth and velvety.
