Oven-baked rabbit slowly cooked in Marsala wine & rosemary sauce.
This recipe takes its time to cook (you only need to warm it up as it is already cooked for you!), but results are guaranteed.
This classic rabbit dish will make happy everyone in the house, even the little ones, as the Marsala (typical Sicilian wine) will evaporate during cooking,
they can eat it with no fear.
This dish comes with no sides.
Oven: Pre-heat your oven 200C / Fan 180C / 390F / GAS 6. Leave in oven for 15 minutes.
Pan: pour content into a pan and heat slowly turning from time to time the rabbit to cook it uniformly.
Microwave: place into a plate or microwavable dish and heat for 4.5 minutes full power.
Make sure it is piping hot before serving.
