Sauce is prepared on order by the chef
Our mixed fish ragù sauce served with tagliatelle in the restaurant. The mix of fish may change from time to time but this fish will usually be sea bass, monkfish, hake, halibut. Cherry tomatoes to give colour and that right acidity to the dish. The sauce is quite thick, plenty of tasty fish. You may combine it with our Strozzapreti pasta or our chef’s home-made Gnocchi.
Portion is of 150g
Cooking instructions:
Pan: Pour in a pan, add little ladle of boiling water used to boil/cook the pasta, and warm up.
Once pasta is cooked, pour the pasta in the pan of the sauce and stir gently.
Microwave: Pour content into a microwavable container. Add little water (about 3 spoons) and microwave full power for 2 minutes.
Add the piping hot sauce to the pasta and stir gently.
Make sure it is piping hot before serving.
